Glute Crew - Our Glute Crew sessions our our strength focussed sessions. We target the full body and have an emphasis on Glutes. We have 3 base programs each 6 week block which are able to be individualised to each of our members. Customised program designed is available at no extra cost, for any clients with specific needs or injuries. We have a hands on approach and a big focus on building our clients confidence with good technique!

Glute Crew goes for 1 hour, It is self paced so you can train anywhere between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Our Monday and Wednesday 5:15pm session has 90 minutes allocated, so you are able to commence anytime that suits you within the 90 minute period.

Current Timetable:

Mondays - 5:15-6:45pm this is a 90 minute session, you can start anytime within the 90 minute time slot.

Tuesdays - 6:15am-7:15am | 5:15pm-6:15pm

Wednesdays - 5:15-6:45pm this is a 90 minute session, you can start anytime within the 90 minute time slot.

Thursdays - 6:15am-7:15am | 5:15pm-6:15pm

Saturdays - 8:30am-9:30am
