I personally believe that if you don’t prioritise improving your habits and behaviours, you will struggle with adhering to your training/nutrition approach, and you will not succeed at sustaining any results achieved!

I have been a coach for over 12 years, I have coached online since 2016, and I also own my own gym, where I still actually coach clients in person.

Over the years my coaching services have evolved so much! My approach is based on evidence-based training and nutrition principles. But a huge element of my style of coaching is based on helping my clients improve their daily habits and behaviours, which is I believe is KEY if you want to create sustainable results!
